Welcome to the visual tutorial section
of Ask Maggy Mae. Some people learn better by reading, some by watching
and some by self instruction. I am not a reader, but I do love to write
and discovered in the last few years that I also love to create and help
others. The following FrontPage visual tutorials are my introduction to
visual learning. Each of the links below will take you to a visual lesson
in Web Design with Frontpage 2002. There are liable to be differences with
how the same thing is done in an older version or newer version of
Frontpage.
These visual tutorials are best viewed
in 1024X768 screen resolution. I've experimented in creating the tutorials
in both 800X600 and 1024X768 and resizing the graphics and it just takes
away from the work. Viewing in 800X600 resolution will cause a slight
sidescroll across the page and a larger scroll for the height.
Things to keep in mind:
When you see the cursor decrease in size it represents a left click. When
you see the cursor increase in size it represents a right click. The movie
will stop at the end of each scene, to continue just click the play
button. If you wish to restart the tutorial click on the restart button.
You can stop the movie by clicking on the stop button and resume by
clicking on the play button. To continue to the next visual tutorial click
on the Next button.
