The Framed background for this page was created in PSP
then sliced into sections. Once the sections were sliced only portions
of the slicing were used to create the background. A table was created
in FrontPage with three columns and three rows. Each of the outside
cells (6) were sized to fit the graphics sliced to create the outside
border of the image. The three cells in the center were not sized for
width but the top and bottom cells were sized for height of the image
used for them, leaving the center which contains this text to size
itself with the contents of the cell. To see how image slicing is done
see this tutorial under the PSP heading in this website. To see how the
table was created to hold the sliced images see this tutorial under the
WebDesign/FrontPageXP heading in this website. The more complicated your
original background, the more complicated it will be to slice your image
to make it work in a table, so be sure to think it over before creating
your design.
