You will need to create two images the same size, I will be using the two
below for this lesson.
Once you have your images ready create a new page. Click on Format and then choose Dynamic HTML
effects, this will bring up the Dynamic HTML toolbar.
Click on the first dropdown box with <Choose an event>
in it and choose mouseover. Then in the second dropdown box choose Swap
Picture and in the last dropdown box
choose the picture from your hard drive to swap the first picture with.
